           (85% effort for each sprint, Jog 200 meters between each sprint)

    Class: worked strict Mups (can't do on yet)
    Class Wod: Isabel 2:35 rx'd (1st time to ever do isabel)

    Ran 200 m with 200 m jog x 6

    "Isabel"= 2:42 Rx (PR by default, first attempt at this)
    rest 2 mins then:
    1K row = 4:08

    Thought about doing pistols, HSPU, and sprints...then I remembered it was my birthday, and as a gift to myself I declined. It was kind of like when Fat Amy said, "I sometimes have a feeling I can do crystal meth, but then I think "Hmm, better not.""
