HS Walk

Day 1
1. Handstand Hold on Wall - 4 x :15
2. Shoulder Touches - 4 x 10 (Focus on control, not speed)
3. Partner Assisted Free Standing Handstand Hold (Partner taps feet back to center) - 5 x ME
4. Wall Climbs - 10 reps

Day 2
1. Handstand Hold :15 into Shoulder Touches 10 reps - x 4
2. Free Standing Handstand Hold (1 foot from wall, use single foot for balance) - 4 x ME
3. Star Holds - 4 x :15 each side
4. Hollow Body Hold - 3 x :15

Day 3
1. Free Standing Handstand Hold - 4 x ME
2. Shoulder Touches on Wall - EMOM for 6 Min 10 reps
3. Wall Climbs - 10 reps
4. Free Standing Shoulder Touches - 4 x ME OR 10 total touches

Day 4
1. Handstand Hold on Wall - 5 x :15
2. Shoulder Touches - 5 x 8 (Focus on control, not speed)
3. Partner Assisted Free Standing Handstand Hold (Partner taps feet back to center) - 5 x ME
4. Wall Climbs - 12 reps

Day 5
1. Handstand Hold :15 into Shoulder Touches 10 reps - x 5
2. Free Standing Handstand Hold (1 foot from wall, use single foot for balance) - 5 x ME
3. Star Holds - 4 x :20 each side
4. Hollow Body Hold - 4 x :15

Day 6
1. Free Standing Handstand Hold - 5 x ME (Focus on chin in and pointed feet)
2. Shoulder Touches on Wall - EMOM for 6 Min 12 reps
3. Wall Climbs - 12 reps
4. Free Standing Shoulder Touches - 5 x ME OR 12 total touches

Day 7
1. Handstand Hold on Wall - 4 x :25
2. Shoulder Touches - 4 x 16 (Focus on control, not speed)
3. Partner Assisted Free Standing Handstand Hold (Partner taps feet back to center) - 5 x ME
4. Wall Climbs - EMOM for 5 Minutes - 4 reps

Day 8
1. Handstand Hold :15 into Shoulder Touches 10 reps - x 5
2. Free Standing Handstand Hold (1 foot from wall, use single foot for balance) - 6 x ME or :10
3. Star Holds - 3 x :30 each side
4. Hollow Body Hold - 4 x :20

Day 9
1. Free Standing Handstand Hold - 4 x ME (Focus on chin in and pointed feet)
2. Wall Climbs - 8 reps
3. Free Standing Shoulder Touches - 6 x ME OR 12 total touches
4. Handstand Walk Attempts - 4 x ME. Rest 1 Min between attempts.

Day 10
1. Handstand Hold on Wall - 3 x :30 with :30 rest between sets
2. Shoulder Touches - EMOM for 6 Min, 20 reps
3. Partner Assisted Free Standing Handstand Hold (Partner taps feet back to center) - 4 x ME
4. Handstand Walk Attempts - 3 x ME. Rest  90 sec between attempts.

Day 11
1. Handstand Hold :15 into Shoulder Touches 10 reps - x  4
2. Free Standing Handstand Hold (1 foot from wall, use single foot for balance only if needed) - 4 x ME
3. Star Holds - 4 x :20 each side
4. Hollow Body Hold - 4 x :20
5. Handstand Walk Attempts - 4 x ME. Rest  90 sec between attempts.

Day 12
1. Free Standing Handstand Hold - 5 x ME (Focus on chin in and pointed feet). Rest :30 between attempts.
2. Wall Climbs - 6 reps
3. Free Standing Shoulder Touches - 5 x ME OR 10 total touches
4. Handstand Walk Attempts - 6 x ME. Rest 1 Min between attempts.
