3 x 10 HSPU to Abmat (Place 10# plates under abmat to raise height. Use as many as you need to complete the reps in two to three sets)
Day 2
Shoulder Warm up

3 x 8 HSPU to Abmat. Try to remove one plate from prior day if possible.
2 x 10 Shoulder Touches
Day 3
Shoulder Warm up
5 Wall Climbs
3 x 6 HSPU to Abmat. Try to remove one plate from prior day if possible.
3 x 10 Shoulder Touches
Day 4
Shoulder Warm up
6 Wall Climbs
3 x 8 HSPU to Abmat. Stay at the same plate set as day prior and complete in the same amount of sets.
EMOM for 6 Min: 10 Shoulder Touches
Day 5

3 x 10 HSPU to Abmat. Stay at the same plate set as day prior and complete in the same amount of sets.
