Strict HSPU 1

This is for the Huskies who are bodyweight ninjas at heart. I wish we had started this strict training two years ago.

Day 1
     1. EOtherMOM for 8 Mins (In HSPU swing)
               Even: 2-4 strict HSPU, R hand flat, L hand raised on 80#DB
               Odd: 2-4 strict HSPU, L hand flat, R hand raised on 80#DB
     2. 4 sets of:
               10 second static HS hold on wall
                    slow negative to Midway pressing position
               10 second static HS hold in Midway position

Day 2
     1. 30 Strict HSPU for time (In HSPU swing)
     2. EMOM for 10 mins
               1-2 strict HSPU

Day 3
     1. EOtherMOM for 8 Mins (In HSPU swing)
               Even: 2-4 strict HSPU, R hand flat, L hand raised on 45# competition plate
               Odd: 2-4 strict HSPU, L hand flat, R hand raised on 45# competition plate
     2. 4 sets of:
               10 second static HS hold on wall
                    slow negative to lowest elevated pressing position
               10 second static HS hold in low position


Day 4
     1. 30 Strict closed fist HSPU to 1 AbMat for time (In HSPU swing)
     2. EMOM for 5 mins
               1-2 strict HSPU
     3. 3 sets of:
               30 seconds of chicken pecking with strict hollow body

Day 5
     1. EMOM for 8 Mins (In HSPU swing)
               3-5 strict defecit HSPU (on 45# competition plate)
     2. 15 strict HSPU for time (strict 10 minute time cap)

Day 6
     1. 50 HSPU for time (In HSPU swing)
     2. Accumulate 1 minute of HS hold (good hollow body) facing wall in as few sets as possible
