5K Race
Meet at Mitch Park (Pavillion #3 on the map above) at 9:15AM. We will start at 9:30AM.
ENDURANCE WODS
After the 5K we will move back to the gym for our in house end of cycle comp wods. We plan to be finished between noon and 1PM.
