           Done at race pace + 30ish seconds

    15:3? with kipping CTB, 115# OHS

    Post-WOD, tried some heavy (for me) snatch work for the first time in weeks, wrist was warm and felt great - slowly worked up to a single @ 135# (previous one-time, 'it's a miracle!' 1RM) after failing at that weight 3-4 times, then did several singles at 115# before calling it quits.
