These ladies are getting ready for their 5K. Good work!

ACTIVE RECOVERY
     Pick one of the following...
           Run 3 Miles
           Row 5K
           Swim 1.6K
           Bike 7 Miles
                 All done at race pace + 30ish seconds per mile

    2.5 mile at 715 pace rest 5 min then 2.5 miles at 7:20 pace

  2. 1k worth of swimming at the YMCA. 20x50 meter sprints in the pool. I know this is a mere 600 meters short of the goal for the day, but hey, when you have a booty that is trying to constantly drown you when you're in the water it's just enough to do SOME swimming.
