COMP WOD
     EotherMOM for 20 Min
          Even: 5 KB Bench Press @ HAP
          Odd: 5 KB Clean and Jerk @ HAP, 20 Double Unders
   
GRUNT
     Move and odd object for 800M
          Log, sled, bar, sandbag, farmer carry...

  1. Push Press - worked up to a 250#F, so I brought it down and jerked it cause I was frustrated

    Didn't have the KBs I needes at Fitness Center (and had to leave the gym at 6) so did some Oly goat work at lunch:

    Power Snatch (TnG) - 3@135#, 2@155#, 2@165#, 2@175#, 2@180# (2RM PR), 1@185#, then
    Full Snatch - 1@195#, 1@205#

    Power Clean, climb every 90 secs until it becomes a squat clean - 165#, 185#, 205#, 220#, 225#
    then
    5 min EMOM - 1 Power Clean @205#.

    Also, Stella is absolutely precious and congratulations again!

    9:51 RX'd, time was 10:40 in April

    COMP WOD
    EotherMOM for 20 Min
    Even: 5 KB Bench Press @ HAP
    Odd: 5 KB Clean and Jerk @ HAP, 20 Double Unders

    All rounds completed with 1PD KB; it was tough having 5-7 second left over after the DUs to get right back on he bench!
