COMP WOD
     Every Other Minute for 10 Min
          Even: 5 Hang Power Cleans @ HAP
         Odd: 5 Front Squat @ HAP

SKILL MIDLINE
     4 Rounds on Each Side
         1 KB Snatch
         3 OHS
         1 TGU
         5 KB Toe Touch

SPEED WORK
     8 x 200M Run @ 90% effort
         Walk 200M for recovery

    --did Hang Power Cleans with stationary feet bc of right foot injury; subbed Bar MU bc of left hip flexor...so yeah, feeling good
