STRENGTH (Do this instead of the class Front Squats)
     Front Squat
          20 Minutes to work up to 8RM
             then...
          3 x 8 @ 75% of 8RM

CLASS WOD (This is an altered version of the class workout)
     10 Minute AMRAP
     10 Back Lunge Pistol
     10 Hang Power Cleans
     10 Heavy Russian KB Swings

COMP WOD
     Every 2 Minutes for 14 Minutes....
          30 M Prowler Push
          30 M Sprint
            6 Burpees

    --235# for 9 reps (bc when I got to 8 I realized I went about 5# too light)
    then did 3x8@190#

    Wodded, it hurt
