9,7,5 DB Sqaut Clean DB Thruster Bar Muscle Up 9:00 Did 3 sets of triple on bar MUs throughout. They are getting better. I probably rested too long, but multiples are getting easier. I failed 4 total while attempting multiples, so I am learning my limits.
