Spent the weekend doing hard manual labor helping Adam build a playground. Seriously, Sat and Sunday in the heat working hard! Farmers carry, dead lift, clean and jerk, overhead press...all of the functional movements!

3 snatch at 100#....this was a big deal because I wanted to lower the weight down so bad especially halfway through but kept it at 100.

This was a hard one for me, I didn't want to keep moving but Adam cheered me on so I finished with 3 sec left in the time cap.
