    1. Did the class 5RM instead of the C&J today - got up to 5 squat cleans @ 150# + 1 jerk

  4. Clean & Jerk -- 3+1 @ 80#, 3+1 @ 90#, 2+1 @ 95#, 2+1 @ 100#, 3x2+1 @ 105#... BONUS: 2x1 @ 110#. Didn't think I could do it, but I did!

    Clean Pull -- 2x3 @ 150#, 3x2 @ 155#. Had KD watch my pull, and she gave me some good tips. Thanks, girl!

    Good Mornings -- 3x5 @ 85#.

    Class WOD -- Used 14# ball and did 1 pood KB. Did 1st round of KB swings unbroken but broke up the other 2 sets. Mentally prepared to grab a lighter wall ball because this movement is a definite weakness of mine, but I sucked it up, broke it up into manageable sets, and got each round done with a little time to spare.

    Comp WOD -- Handstand work. I've been working on these almost everyday for the last week (why can't I be this dedicated to other Goat Work???), and I can definitely see improvement. I think I held one for almost 10 seconds tonight, and I wanted to cry... Probably because I was tired and hungry and excited.
