AM STRENGTH
   
     Strength
         1A. Bench Press 10 x 3 @ 75%
         1B. Deadlift 10 x 2 @ 70%
              Alternate between the two as a 20 Minute EMOM

     Accessory Lifts
         2A. DB Rows  5 x 6 @ HAP
         2B. GHD Sit Ups 5 x 8

CLASS WOD 6PM

COMP WOD 7PM
     EMOM for 12 Min
          Even: 12 Wall Balls (30/20)
          Odd:  Prowler Push 30M @ HAP

    Bench Press/Deadlift EMOM: 95# bench press & 200# deadlift. I liked this quite a bit.

    DB rows: 40#. Originally grabbed 30# but decided to give 40# a go. Whoop! Felt awesome.

    GHD: my abs. Oh, my abs. You may not be able to see them, but hot damn, they are sore!

    Class WOD: 9:14, using 75# and doing V Ups, thanks to an ugly hand tear. Thankful I had some handmade grips to help with the cleans and S2OH.

    Comp WOD: ...::crickets::... I will try to Gove it a go tomorrow or Saturday :)
